I like the game but the ad doesn’t go away after it is done. It waits for you to download the advertised app…even if you don’t want it.

I have been looking for an Codewords app where I could customize the difficulty (so I could get truly difficult challenges). This app delivers! And it’s free!

I totally enjoy playing this game the only problem is I can’t get any more Puzzles To play no matter how Many times I try to add or unlock them please help so I can enjoy the games even more

I find this game challenging. I like that you can set the level of difficulty. I have been playing this game for years. Used to play in magazines and was so happy to find it in the App Store.

I really enjoy this game. Puzzles were challenging but solvable. Ads were limited and not annoying, but the banner ads started scrolling across the top of the game so I couldn’t see the puzzles! I stopped playing and deleted the app, but would still be playing it were it not for the ads blocking the puzzle.

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU😡 I have been playing this game for years with zero ad interruptions, and what on earth is this CRAP ABOUT showing letter is wrong, and being able to try another WITHOUT AN IDIOTIC PENALTY!! I am extremely upset, because this was the best app ever for Codewords! Not anymore ‼️🤬

Would be perfect if there were an option to get rid of ads.

Can’t play more than 2 games without at least one ad. Sometimes 2 which have 30 second timers so you can’t get rid of them right away. Would be nice to have a paid version to get rid of the ads.

This is a good app, and like other reviewers, I like its many features. However, I really hate that there’s an ad before I can start my first puzzle! I would expect ads between puzzles, but it irks me to start like this.

I started playing the game, intending on playing 2-3 rounds or a half-hour's worth. But when I finally pulled myself away & looked at the listings, I found out I'd been playing for 3 HOURS!!! I couldn't even be too sorry about all that time, wasted on a game, because it was really just so much fun!

I have a lot of Codeword books but I enjoy having the game on iPad because I can go back and forth to the different games. I am learning Solitaire but when I get frustrated I go back to Codeword, which is my favorite game.

An excellent word game you can complete in one sitting or put it away to resume later. A good vocabulary builder and mental exercise. Sequential typing, added in v5.4.2, is especially convenient on a small phone. I’m updating to pro.

I have to make myself stop in order to do something productive.

Fun and addicting. Settings allow you to set your preferences better than many I've seen. Occasionally I learn a new word. The down side is when you ask for a letter, it usually gives letters that are not used often so you have to get a few more letters than you'd like but I still always enjoy the game.

Hours of fun at a level of challenge you desire.

This is a superb app i have enjoyed doing the puzzles for a couple of years .The best codeword app i have come across

Big, blocky screen when you win, looks like a four year old designed it. Ads pop up now when you start a game and take over the app. You have to play the game to get it to disappear, and the time counts against Codeword play.

So addictive!!!

I enjoy this game, and have progressed through the levels. But it is a bit off putting when you get a grid with only one letter filled in. Once, there was a single f in the entire grid. Also, there does not appear to be a way to quit a given game, so you can get stuck for a while.

Super game

This is always one of my favorite puzzles in word puzzle books, but there were never enough. Now I can have an endless supply! I like the ability to change difficulty levels. This one's a keeper!

I enjoy this code word puzzles and this app has challenging puzzles and a good user interface.

Great game, very addictive. Could do without the occasional full length commercial ads.

This is a great game. I downloaded the "codeword unlimited +" and I love it! I wanted to download all the apps by this developer bc I was so impressed by the codewords app. It's worth any price for CODEWORD fans! Thank to the developer for such excellence!
